I am a female lawyer. I wear black hose in the winter with pumps or boots for warmth. I wear no hose and open toed high heel shoes in summer. A dress and a jacket always.
I used to know a career woman who had long, fantastic legs; she always wore a black suit, black pumps, white blouse, and WHITE stockings. She looked fabulous.
I’m very appreciative of women that “dress up” rather than going slovenly like a lot of women do now days. I know it can take extra effort, but it shows respect for oneself.
