Today? Work, schmerk. Maybe you have one bread-winner and the rest of the family are plugged into assistance. Want to be hooked up? There’s an assistance program ready to issue checks to just about anyone.

I saw one guy at the grocery who was from who-knows-where with an inches-thick _deck_ of credit cards. Just kept handing them to the cashier one after the other until one finally took.

Funny it wasn't racist when millions of immigrants had to have a legally responsible sponsor prior to entering the country and had to swear an oath to neither seek or accept ANY government aid,state or federal for a period of five years, with the penalty for violating it being deportation. And it didn't matter if they had a baby or babies during that time, they had to be responsible and pay for the doctors, hospital, healthcare and food all on their own. Now the G Damn democrats use taxpayer funds to teach people how to illegally enter America and leach off of Americans and legal immigrants.
