One of Connecticut’s largest newspapers on Friday published an editorial calling on President Trump to resign, citing “damning evidence” that surfaced this week surrounding his interactions with Ukraine.
“Even given the incredibly fast pace of news in the Trump era, the speed with which the Ukraine scandal has moved from vague complaint to impeachable offense has been stunning,” reads the editorial published by the Connecticut Post, the state’s second-largest newspaper by circulation.
“Though we’re still at the beginning of the process, there is already a mountain of evidence implicating President Donald Trump with conduct far outside the accepted norms of a democratic leader.”
The editorial, which was published under the byline "Hearst Connecticut Media Editorial Board," argued that "the most damning evidence” was reports that Trump called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on July 25 and urged him to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son.

The Connecticut Post used to be the second least liberal paper in the state. The Hartford Courant is the worst, with the New Haven Register a close second. They both have a much greater circulation than the Post, which is based in Bridgeport, and many readers in their region take theNY Post or Daily News instead.
The damning evidence is that the crimes in Ukraine were Biden’s.
We all know the Democrats and media allies are hiding something awful they don’t want exposed. Their obvious desperation to get rid of Trump is beyond insane!

Except this wasn’t a phone call. This was making up lies from paid opposition research (Steele Dossier), sworn FBI statements to FISA judges as true and used to SPY on political opponents in the middle of a political campaign.
