Among the litany or error messages that always has shown i get that one also, but it does not seem to have any negative affects:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID Windows.SecurityCenter.WscDataProtection and APPID Unavailable to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Component Services is an MMC snap-in to configure COM components, COM+ applications, and more. Run comexp.msc

Daniel, please. I've tried to explain that I'm a simple computer USER - not a geek or technician. I have no earthly idea what that reply is about, or how to execute it.

I probably need to hire a mobile computer geek to help me.
