About 99% of the time. It has crashed while trying to reboot after a crash, on occasion.

I have done some research on this and, unfortunately, can't find anything that helps much. Sorry.

I have done some research on this and, unfortunately, can't find anything that helps much. Sorry.

It's okay. I have to let go of this for the day anyway. I simply don't have the stamina to plow my way through all of the technical jargon and instructions to get anywhere. So much of it is beyond my meager capabilities.

I'm beginning to think that the problem lies in the fact that Windows 10 hasn't yet downloaded and installed all of the available updates for this computer.

Like I said, I keep going in there and trying to manually update. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I guess I'll just keep trying that until there are no more updates available for this build (1809).
