I think across all his movies (”True Lies,” “Total Recall,” “Raw Deal,” “Conan” it has to be Arnold.
However, it is extremely impressive that Sylvester Stallone created not one, but TWO iconic American film characters, “Rocky” and “Rambo.” There are not too many actors to do that.
If you consider Harrison Ford, with “Indiana Jones” and “Han Solo,” perhaps he’s one.
One you didn’t mention, though, who had an amazing run, was Nicholas Cage: “Con Air,” “Gone in Sixty Seconds,” “The Rock,” “Ghost Rider,” “Face/Off,” “Snake Eyes,” “Drive Angry,” and “National Treasure.”
