"Last time people did this, people started killing themselves. This is not a good idea," says Whoopi.
UPDATE at 3:45pm PT on 9/3/19: Eric McCormack took to Instagram to say his original post about Trump had been "misinterpreted in a very upsetting way" following Goldberg's comments. Debra Messing re-posted his statement, adding, "My friend @eric_mccormack posted this today. It perfectly explains the intent behind each of our posts concerning the fundraiser. I am posting it here because, honestly, I couldn't have said it better."

That is going to be one huge list.
Conservatives are already blacklisted in Hollywood.
How in any way can we need to know who voted for Trump so we can exile them. be MISINTERPRETED?!
FINALLY Whoopi says something I agree with and she is right..and McCormack and Messing are both morons, I hope those two get blacklisted but since they are commies they will probably be invited to more parties with other commie morons who agree with them
Whoopi Goldberg has a tiny spark of decency?
Who woulda thunk?
It would be sad to see their list and not be on it.
I guess Whoopee smells the backlash coming.
Whoopis fears of blacklisted conservatives offing THEMSELVES is unfounded. Its the authors of the lists Ms. Goldberg should be worried about.
This maybe the only time that we've ever agreed with anything that woman said.
A stopped clock...
These modern day Hollywood weirdos are not actors. They’re imposters.
"You don't have to like it, but we don't go after people because we don't like who they voted for. We don't go after them that way."
If "we" means American values, she's right. If "we" means Democrats, that's HILARIOUS. They invented doxxing, among other things.
Smart. She knows that if arrogant and overconfident libs start showing up at peoples houses and getting into their faces, well, it could go badly.
I wonder if any of you Freepers have been noticing what seems to be a change in luck toward the positive in regards to to things which outcome depends somehow on the contents of a database (credit scores, jobs, ad revenue, identity theft, insurance claim denial, IRS audits, nosy gas meter readers).
The squelching of America
You know you’ve gone too far when you’ve lost Whoopi.
What you said.
