Because He Thinks He Can F-Word His Way to the White House
Red States Alex Parker wrote over the weekend about how failed U.S. Senate candidate Beto ORourke is campaigning for the hip vote with his frequent use of the f-word (including saying it unbleeped on live TV) to describe his frustration with the debate over gun rights in the aftermath of recent massshootings.
In response to what were being led to believe is the rising popularity in Democratic circles for the struggling 2020 presidential candidate to use the f-word, the Beto campaign has come out with a new t-shirt in order to capitalize on the alleged momentum.
The Hill reports on what sparked it:
The Texas Democrat was at a campaign speech in Fairfax Station, Va., on Saturday when he heard news of another mass shooting in his home state, just weeks after 22 people were killed by a gunman inside an El Paso Walmart.
Not sure how many gunmen. Not sure how many people have been shot. Dont know how many people have been killed. The condition of those who have survived. Dont know what the motivation is, do not yet know the firearms that were used or how they acquired them, ORourke told a crowd of supporters in Virginia.
But we do know this is fed up. We do know that this has to stop in this country. There is no reason that we have to accept this as our fortune, as our future, as our fate, he continued.

ORourke defended his use of profanity during a Sunday interview on MSNBC, citing a tweet from Rabbi Latz.
He said profanity is not the f-bomb. What is profane is a 17 month-old baby being shot in the face, ORourke said.
Heres the t-shirt the campaign is now selling. All proceeds go to Moms Demand Action and March For Our Lives:

Apparently Beto doesnt realize that the f-word lost its shock value to most people a long time ago. Nevertheless, he persists. Because its cool or something.
Veteran journalist Brit Hume was among the many who questioned the strategy behind ORourke using the word:

Just going by what Ive read on social media, far more people are oohing and ahhing ORourke for using the word than those who are complaining about him using it. The outrage from the latter camp is over ORourkes controversial gun confiscationproposal.
Im not sure whats more annoying: That he actually thinks using the f-word is going to change the debate about gun control in his favor, or that liberal men and women alike are swooning because they believe him saying things are fd up means hes super-passionate about the issue.
What is profane is a 8 month-old baby being ripped
from it’s mother’s womb, or a 1 month old baby...
What a Complete jackass.
I use WAY too many #$#$s and #$%$s on this board.
It’s the way I’ve spoken too much of my life and I consider it the last vestiges of white trash left over in me (that and the tattoo).
But while most try to get BETTER at cleaning up their language and appearance and image, Beto (what a name) ASPIRES to be in the gutter.
SMH.
If we lose against one of these guys/gals it will be a dark and embarrassing day indeed.
Veto Beto
Veto Beto
Veto Beto
Veto Beto
Veto Beto
Veto Beto
Veto Beto
Veto Beto
“Beto O’Rourke ... still not the biggest douchebag Texas has ever sent to D.C. but working on it!”
We can do something about it, but Beto wouldn't approve, because it would involve arrest, speedy trial and execution of his constituents whenever they were involved in gun violence.
For Pete’s sake, B’tow, just go away — change a tire, fry up food, something. You are *not* going to be the ‘RAT nominee or POTUS. You also won’t be on the ‘RAT ticket as the VP candidate. You’re as dead as a Whataburger rodent.

Yep, whoever is wearing that shirt is Fd up.
Lowlife talk from a lowlife. What a role model. I wonder if kids will be able to wear the shirts to school as a form of self expression? In my neck of the woods they are allowing the shortest of shorts in the K-12 classrooms. Nothing should surprise us these days.

In a few more months, we'll never hear from him again.
A man who drops the F-Word in public is not fit to be a dog catcher.
True. The F word dont mean nothing. Killing the pre born is messed up.
What a great example for us all!~sarc
LOL..what a(nother) backfire, for Beta.
He’s so f’d up. Always about himself. Folks that I know, in EP, are so sick of his schtick.
F him, and the donkey he rode in on.
I think we should call the tw*t Bob all the time.
