If Andrew McCabe is allowed to skate and go onto become wealthy thanks to his benefactors at CNN, then we all should forget about any of the bad actors who tried to fix the 2016 election and mounted a failed coup d’etat against a sitting President of the United States ever seeing anything resembling “justice.”

Look, Lindsey Graham hasn’t shown any inclination to have a hearing on any topic demonstrating fear to drag out any dirt on John Brennan but that’s not his responsibility if, in fact, it hinders a real investigation.
What we have now is an official “review” which amounts to an ongoing investigation led by US Attorney John Dowd.

We can only hope and pray that significant criminal action will proceed at the right time. Clearly, DOJ like Jessie Liu will not prosecute in the Awan scandal (too many politicians in trouble) or the Senate SCSI Leak scandal with Wolfe and his “journalist” concubine but the verdict is open yet on the SpyGate.
Don’t see how they can give a pass when the very institutions guarding this country tried to overthrow it. That’s just me. I can’t fathom the argument, these institutions can’t afford to be razed and rebuilt. I can’t fathom it at all.
Every day that Epstein is in the news, it is a reminder to women that this POS was a major Democrat donor. This entire episode will die on the vine, but behind the scenes it becomes leverage for the DOJ.
Anyway, everything coming out of the DOJ will be timed accordingly to support Trump’s reelection. Do it now and it is old news. Do it in the spring of 2020, the entire narrative of the MSM will have to change to defending the guilty, which everyone will get to see.
Right now the optics look bad. All I can say is have patience. Trump knows what he is doing and hired the right man for the job. Plus, people haven’t gotten to their seats yet. The curtain will come up soon and my hope is it isn’t going to be kabuki theater.

I can’t help but compare the investigative pace of the “Trump” DOJ and the Mueller investigation. Mueller of course had perjury traps, indictments and guilty pleas in months. OTOH, the “Trump” DOJ is slow walking even administrative investigations of now 3 year old Democrat crimes. The proof is in the pudding right there, unfortunately.
Where there is a will, there is way. Sadly, there is clearly no will inside the beltway to prosecute Democrats to the benefit of President Trump.

It WAS an initial shock but not a long lasting one as you are right, we were expecting it.
It’s like that sick aunt who passes. You are still shocked when you get the call, but you knew it was a possibility.
I’m not saying that is what is going down here, but when people’s actions don’t seem to make sense, it means they are doing what they are doing due to knowledge and motives that we are not privy to.

I would bet my house Barr would be moving heaven and earth had a Democrat admin been spying on President Jeb Bush. It’s that simple really. Trump is the crime victim therefore there is no crime in the eyes of beltwayers. You can trace all this nonsense back to bipartisan Never Trumpism and the “Resistance” The end (removing Trump via resignation or the ballot box) justifies the means.

We had a hot day here not long ago and within minutes had three separate power outages that knocked out power in most of the county for hours. “Journalists” online claimed that one was due to a “downed tree” but the reason for the other two was not given by VA Power. If the grid can’t handle a “hot day” how in the world will it survive hundreds or even thousands of sudden “loss of infrastructure”?
