That may be - I doubt many dock workers live on Rittenhouse Square. But the same holds true in NYC and other cities. Philadelphia and Pennsylvania in particular are more of a zeitgeist than a physical place. For example, all of the Broad Street Bullies were Canadians but they're Philadelphians now.
