I’m going to start a go-fund-me site to finance an effort to design a bed for prisons that make it impossible to hang yourself from as it appears the technology for that doesn’t exist.
I figure the scream came when the person who killed Epstein was killed by the guy whose job it was to leave no witnesses.

So it’s possible he pulled this act off for sexual gratification....and it went too far.
I wouldn’t know....really. Just recall reading about it and stunned people actually do that.
According to the study below (of 264 suicides by hanging), hyoid fractures occurred in 6% of cases and cervical fractures in 14%.
Uncommon but not unheard of.
