I doubt that Patrick Crusius wrote or uploaded the document that the media called the "manifesto".
The document makes little sense. But it does give the media ammunition to make the shooting seem as if it were a Trump inspired attack on Hispanics.

Trump got rid of the last deep state head of intelligence. He tried to appoint a man he liked and the Dim-RINO duopoly protested and now the deep state has a long time CIA deep stater in charge temporarily ( woman who served a long time with Brennan). Could be, but the article does not make the connections tight enough. Three degrees of separation are huge, especially when one doesn’t know how close if at all the players ever were to each other. I am surely 3 degrees of separation from a lot of people with whom I have nothing to do.
