Living in the lightening capital of the world (near Orlando) can be interesting. Everyone should have home surgers to protect their entire house from lightening. This and hurricane are the worst thing about living in Florida. Otherwise, perfect!!!

What’s really impressive is lightning on the high plains, where you can see it moving in at night from 20-30 miles away and then feel the static charge and smell the ozone after a strike. Just do so from a position of safety and don’t be or be near the highest object within a quarter mile.
