Haredened Arms Handguard for AR-Platform Rifles Shines - Combining powerful lighting technology and T-6061 aluminum, and bearing a made in the U.S.A. stamp, the LumaShark from Hardened Arms is one of the best upper receivers for AR-15 platform rifles.
As a Second Amendment supporter, hunter, husband, father and a homeowner, I wanted to see how well the LumaShark would perform in different situations. Fortune shined her eyes on me when I was given the opportunity to field-test one of the patented units for the past couple months.
A GREAT MATCH
The LumaShark is a 12-inch free float handguard that eliminates the need for any additional bolt-on lighting. My team and I attached the LumaShark to multiple lower receivers in 5.56mm (Hardened Arms does offer other calibers). They matched up perfectly on each. It's easy to grip and handle in a fast-paced spot. The sleek design lets you comfortably grasp it with no slipping issues.
Getting the end caps off to insert the batteries into the Cree lights was easy, but threading them back was a bit of a challenge. Once you actually do get them threaded, they go on smoothly and snug up well. An email detailing my concerns was sent and Hardened Arms responded.
"There are two O-rings to increase waterproofing of special operations. From a civilian standpoint, that waterproofing level is not a necessity," a representative told me. "The initial O-ring can be removed for ease of threading back on. It will continue to keep debris out of the lighting system and maintain a lower level of waterproofing, more than acceptable for the average civilian."
I opted to leave the O-rings alone. Simply grip the upper and slide your hand forward to independently engage the on/off buttons of each light. Its really that simple and works as fast as you can move hand forward.
This is where the LumaShark stands out from other uppers. Even with one light it is blinding! Two make it seem like you can send a message to a distant planet. Read the rest of Hardened Arms review.
But for sharing over coffee.
Maybe its good, maybe its not. I dont know. A quick web search finds a website but clicking on the links gets me a server not found message. Supposedly they have a FB Page but I dont do FB.
The MSRP of this unit would have been interesting information but the author didnt include that for some reason.

I know its useless to respond to your Bot self but it appears that Hardened Arms, which you couldnt even be bothered to spell correctly, has been out of business since April of this year.
They also appear to have multiple BBB complaints filed against them. Their phone isnt answered and emails arent responded to.
Accordingly Im pinging the Mods to ask that your posting privileges be suspended.
Enjoy your day.

Yep...404 error.
Keep in mind this is the guy who used to post graphic images of gunshot wounds under the category 'humor'.
Thank you! In one paragraph they call it an "upper receiver", in the next they call it a "free float handguard". If the company's DOA, others might call it a "scam"...
