England has no Bill of Rights.

It lead the way to political freedom.

Our Bill of Rights is derived from the "Rights of Englishmen", as the founders saw the rights needed more protection than they had in England.

In the embedded video Tommy talks about the Magna Carta, how he should have received a trial by jury - but for him they appointed two judges that made up the law to determine his ‘guilt’. No jury in the UK would convict.

...if he is killed in prison...
