Life -has many little joys that one must overcome. For instance, 6 months of unrelenting just short of soldering iron rectal pain from a chronic fissure. Unresponsive to drugs and botox. Finally turned to ulcers which were successfully healed.If not, last resort is surgical laceration and prayer. Don’t get this malady.
Next up...and current...a difficult butchered slow healing surgical tooth/root extraction accompanied by tongue ulcers.Don’t get this either.
Never had stones so don’t know where they sit on the spectrum of suck. I’ve read and been told by family that they can be the worst.

That is about the only relief you will get if you intend to pass it at home but the doctors in the ER give you limited amounts, just enough to go see the urologist.
