His Fatal Mistake?
He tried to roll over one of those three foot high solid concrete lane dividers.
Instead, he got sideways, with both treads off the ground.
I forget how the cops got the hatch open, but I remember two or three of them emptied their side arms down the hatch.
Apparently the period for a peaceful surrender had expired.
That guy must of looked like a plate of spaghetti after the cops done with him.
