The author has a skewed view of what happened in C’ville! My friend was on the jury and that guy who killed that broad needs to be in a mental institution, not general population. The town council all need to be locked up as accessories for creating a dangerous situation and hamstringing the police!

In Portland, you’d have to shoot the Communist mayor, (Who is also the police commissioner.), the Chief of police, a black communist AA hire from Oakland, who’s name, I kid you not, is Outlaw, and the Portland PD, The Sheriff of Nottingham’s men. (They are having trouble hiring actual cops, so they are badly understaffed. Seems the real LEOs have all quit.) The thugs who are left are Communist, or too inept to find other jobs that might require them to follow this Constitution thing.

It’s about the law. In KY, you only have to fear “serious bodily harm” before you can legally use deadly force. These videos show a situation where a person would have feared serious bodily harm. We had a case a few years ago where the shooter STARTED a road rage incident and even followed the other guy off the freeway. But when the other guy ramped it up and pulled a baseball bat out and proceeded to bash the windshield of the instigator’s car, the instigator shot him dead. And he was found not guilty because he feared severe bodily harm - even though he started the whole thing.
Moral of the story: Don’t bring a baseball bat to a gunfight, and never take the first swing. At least, not in Kentucky. :)
No...I watched the video. Hit from behind, I spin, deploy and fall on my back. Fire. If possible. But I’ve been hit on the head from behind with blunt objects before. I believe I can do what needs to be done. Just to see the “Oh $h!t” look on the person’s face.
