This was the best version of Grease.

Sandy was hotter before Frenchy gave her the makeover.

Too funny!. I was in the 5th grade when Grease was released and was a big fan. I remember after watching the movie with neighborhood friends we would pretend to be cool and walk the streets. Sandra just fell in love and abandoned the innocent appearance. It happens.

All too true.

I loved the movie as a kid, and still like it, but always noticed the good girl became bad.

Kinda a microcosm of America. It’s dull and white to be good, so let’s go for the lowest common denominator!

Same thing in “The Harvey Girls” (with Judy Garland). Surprising ending for me: she was the nice girl who wanted to be like one of the dance hall girls if it meant getting her man. No moral center. Disappointing.
