Part of it is an overreaction to Bernie's success last time. The only reason Hillary won was superdelegates and insider steals. They thought the toxic reaction to Hillary was an endorsement of Bernie. Trump has played them and they've taken insane positions to be oppositional. Even five years ago, they pretended to care about border security. They've also fallen into the trap of believing the controlled media represents the people. Nobody wants to hear what Lena Dunham thinks.
They're also doubling down on "We're gonna put a lot of coal miners out of business."

On the other hand, Trump can point to his promises and show mostly wins.And the only reasons there aren't more MAGA wins is because of stuck on stupid democrats and the maybe even stupider Republicans from the Bush/Romney/Ryan wing of the party.

Thanks for your dedication & suffering. I did not suffer through it. However, thanks to the internet and the 24 hour news cycle the entire dem party is on the record for socialism, open borders, medicare for all, etc.

Watched Columbo instead last night. It might have been appropriate as the episode was “Dagger of the Mind” (with Honor Blackman and Bernard Fox and Richard Basehart as the main guest stars).

I did not watch this clown show. Did any of the candidates extol the greatness of America and its people? Did any of them express even one positive thought about our country? I didn’t think so...

Democrats don’t have any issue that will be compelling enough to win the Presidency.
1. Getting rid of Private Health care or ruining it ala Obamacare on steroids/single payer won’t win.
2. Transexual abortions just makes them look nuts.
3. 70% tax rate makes them look nuts.
4. Forgiving student loans for failed students has limited appeal and people who have paid will resent it for rewarding failure.
5. Illegal immigration is not a winner and Democrats have made themselves into the party of illegal immigration. The more they focus on Illegals the more citizens see themselves being ignored or made into the patsies. The part that should alarm Democrats is that the Presidents numbers are improving among all minority groups. If their focus on illegal immigration was working this would not be occurring. Those that bare the largest burden of illegal immigration in terms of job competition and wage depression tend to be black and Hispanic citizens. Their communities also tend to suffer the added crime.
6. The biggest problem Democrats have is a strong economy and record low unemployment and that isn’t likely to change significantly. There will be minor ups and downs but the overall trend is stable.
Democrats are really floundering. Their issues don’t even really align with the priorities of their own voters plus they are really neglecting black voters which is very essential for their chances especially given that Hispanic voters are NOT voting like black voters.

All I saw from what I watched is they all were pandering for the illegal alien vote. They assume they already have the “D” vote locked up.
If you watched the debate, all you saw were 10 clowns.
Will the universal Medicare the leftists (AKA Dems) are unanimous in offering illegal aliens for life, be free? Or will it have a co-pay of about 80% like that of Medicare for American seniors? Of course, by that time crossing the border will no longer be illegal so it will be free health care offered to foreigners legally in the country.
You’re absolutely right. On paper, Biden is perhaps their ONLY candidate (except maybe for a few of their no-shot outliers like Hickenlooper) who wouldn’t be a very hard sell in a general election. Biden’s main problem now is that he’s a doddering old fool who looks and acts like he’s just a few months away from being committed to an elder-care facility. The idea that he could sleepwalk his way to their nomination was blown up last night.
