Good points.
Also, Dr. Jerome Corsi actually went to Kenya looking for the truth which, to my knowledge, no regular journalists did. He found Obama’s grandmother who claimed Obama was born there in Kenya. The musings of a old grandmother, who had no idea of the ramifications of what she was saying, have to be taken with a grain of salt but should have been investigated more.
Also, also, I saw a news clip from a Chicago TV station that mentioned the then State Senator Obama was born in Kenya. Like your points, why would they assume such a thing if HE didn’t tell them that?
The secretary for the literary agent said she made a typo.
Before he was nationally famous, everyone in Chicago thought he was from Kenya. The papers would write about him like that, “Kenyan-born State Senator, Barack Obama”, etc.
