Life Liberty and Levin, last night were treated to a constitutional scholar who rationalized subverting the original intent of the Constitution, for example by the current campaign to rig the electoral college, saying that the legislature has worked the will of the people, therefore the departures from original intent should be passively accepted. (My interpretation of his position).
