Putting a visit to Chick-fil-A on my bucket list in the next week or so. Never been there, and we don’t have too many in our parts.
Well lets hope it’s Way before you kick the bucket!! :)
As for liberals in NYC, they’re bucking the odds on this one because this conservative doesn’t have the patience to wait on an at time blocks long line.
And since 5 out of every 6 NYC folks are liberals, them ain’t all conservatives on that line :)
Both sides use products made by someone they disagree with on some issue. Or more than some.
We do our best to not shop from as many as we can but a complete ban on either side is impossible and honestly, quite silly.
That being said, Target is still dead to me.
Gillette and Budweiser still have to earn me back.
There is one near me that they had to tear down and rebuild in a different configuration because it couldn't handle the traffic volume and cars for the drive through backed up onto the nearby highway causing a traffic problem.
There is another one that I pass on my way to and from work that is always busy when I go by.
So I'd agree that lack of business from 3% of the populations that is sexually deviant doesn't really affect Chick Filet's business.
You should try them. They are so good! Just took the family there yesterday.
Try to go to a CFA before or after lunch and rush hour crowds. Even with a line they’re pretty fast. Faster than Wendy’s used to be decades ago when they cared.
Until the last three years or so, we didn’t have any here in Minnesota. Now they can be found in many of the 2nd and 3rd ring suburbs. In the past if I wanted one, I had to content myself with visiting one when in Florida or at Atlanta airport.
What I like most about them is that they’re clean and you don’t get any ‘hood attitude from the employees when you’re there.
It’s not just the good food. Staff is clean, respectful and helpful. You can look at them and tell they’re gonna do something with their lives...not just sling chicken/burgers forever. You can also tell...there’s zero discrimination in the company’s hiring practices.
If you enjoy delicious chicken and fantastic customer service, I think you'll enjoy the trip. Their chicken nuggets are a family-friendly staple; their sandwiches--especially their spicy chicken with lettuce, tomato and cheese is very tasty and may get a little attention in terms of its heat; the waffle fries, shakes and freshly-squeezed lemonade are great sides. Don't forget the Chick-fil-A sauce for any chicken product!
