Treason is not a word that anyone should use lightly, but based on recent revelations regarding the “Spygate” operation aimed at undermining Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and his presidency, it is a term that seems very fitting to describe acts and actions taken by several Obama-era officials, including the former president himself.
The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines treason as, “the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign’s family.” Also, “the betrayal of a trust; treachery.”
More importantly, “18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason” says: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason…”

Treason is a word that has a meaning. DC has plenty of traitors, ongoing. Traitors need be treated according to the meaning of the word. In the past they’ve often been hung.
Obama under trial for treason? No likely.

Treason against the US by a US citizen deserves nothing less than the death penalty. Where does that leave the Oboozo since he’s actually not a US citizen. ALL of the DC pukes (DNC heads0 who knew he wasn’t a citizen and so they changed the wording on the Obozo’s submitted Presidential Qualification form thus signed off on his being inaugurated into the presidency also are traitors of the highest order.

Treason is defined in the Constitution, precisely to prevent using the charge against political enemies.
The law about hanging I thought was just recently changed just before or during the Smollet case/
