This is just more of the Russia “narrative”. They are desperate to salvage their collusion story. NO they have moved on from Trump knowingly colluding, to grad chess master Putin supporting both sides in some Byzantine plot to make Americans mistrust elections.This of course is the only possible way to square Russians supposedly making the piss dossier to hurt Trump, yet at the same steal Hillary’s damaging email and get it to wikileaks.

Not both sides. All the evidence points to Russia wanting Hillary, and only Hillary, to win. And why wouldn't the Russians want her to win, after all she and Obama did to strengthen their hand, at a time when they are attempting to basically bring back the evil empire, or something not too much different from it.
