More None Prosecutions Coming

The Narcotics Division is being done away with. Narcotics cases will be handled by the general trial division. (Just like when they were put on bond and their cases continued forever until they pick up a new case and pled out to concurrent time).

Many of the ASAs who were in the narcotics unit were transferred into a new unit called Restorative Justice.

Restorative Justice: The victim is invited to come to court and met the guy who stole their property or burglarized their house so he can say he’s sorry. If he does this, he gets to avoid prison. The victims get nothing. Some think narcotics prosecution will slowly be phased out since Kim is one of those that think the War on Drugs is evil.

Dope dealers and junkies will be put back onto our streets where they will be allowed to continue to victimize their neighbors and crossfire during shoot outs over drug territory will continue to cause fatalities of innocent people. All property crime offenders will be immediately released and eventually given an unlimited number of non-penitentiary sentences no matter how often they steal from others.

Worst of all, Kim Foxx’s policies are encouraging criminal behavior by sending the message that criminals are blameless because their behavior is the fault of society. It will also allow criminals to continue to make life miserable for the people who are forced to take these predators back into their community.

I worked under five States Attorneys in my time and although I preferred some over others, she is by far the worst of them all. Unfortunately, she is not unique. All too many of our politicians, bureaucrats and judges have never realized the fact that victims are people too.

Silence from the media...

Well, then lots of them will meet their end through citizen enforcement at some point.

That sounds good but is only a pipe dream and will never happen.

It is true that the “social contract”, as with any contract, requires two willing parties. Somebody forgot that part.

If the cops are not allowed to do their job sooner or later somebody else will. That’s not my opinion, that’s not a societal trend I would look forward to, but it is historically the whole point of professional law enforcement.

The citizenry stands down, and doesn’t go medieval on their ass. Sounds good, and it is, In exchange though, there has to be at least some nod in the direction towards taking bad guys out of society. “Liberalism” truly is a mental illness.

Technology has reached a point where crimes can be solved more efficiently and effectively than ever before. And at the same time, our “leaders” have decided to just say “the hell with it”. Pretty strange. Only in America - a Police State, with rampant criminality. Go figure.

Let us hope that this is the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of the war on drugs.

This leniency on drugs is symptoms of government corruption. Pay-offs from the drug cartels are being make to guarantee the supply of narcotics flow into the drug market. Where is our FBI?

I see what you did there, Mark17.

So northislander added to your list. (His/her posts kind of remind me of Elsie's turn of phrase.)

I am copying the article and sending to my State Senator, whose Executive Committee is deciding whether or not to release three anti-gun bills for release onto the floor of Delaware Senate for vote.

Delaware State Bill 68.

A related companion bill is DSB 70. Delaware's bills state that by banning "assault guns" and their "assault magazines" they are designed to make only "less dangerous" arms available to the general public, and therefore not available to the putative miscreant, thus a safer environment.

Duh! The Dem's creepathon toward a "gunless" (hence totally "safe") society is total ban of all guns, obviously like the UK, acceptable in a "global" context. (Dream on, but not in my head.)

I was going to say, the rats 🐀 are clueless, but I think they know exactly what they are doing. They want to ban guns, because they want subjects, not citizens.

Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, Houston. If you live or own property in any of these cities, or the state of New Jersey, sell off and get out.

“Mr White, this is Felonious Monk, the teen who broke into your house.”
“Hey, bro, whazzup!”
“You up the river I hope.”
“Hey, chill, homey. Hey, I just wanna say, “my bad,” for breaking into your crib.”
“That hardly seems adequate.”
“Hey, like, I’m just getting started. Sorry for doing your daughter.”
“What?”
“... and spittin’ in your work thermos...”
“What?”
“... and putting a key logger on your computer...”
“What?”
“... and logging into your bank to get all your money and spend it on a meth party for my boys.”
“Why is this thug only being charged with trespassing?”
“It’s part of the plea deal, Mr White. And now he’s free to go.”
“Is this what passes for justice in New York City?”
“Yes, it is Mr White. New York, New York is a hell of a town.”
“It sure is.”
“... oh, and I be takin’ a piss without liftin’ the seat, too.”
