I think Abraham Lincoln would agree with me. ------------------ I did re-read your posts, and your first ones said nothing about legislation. It was about fact that evil company is in evil IL. Later you focused on legislation--calling everything evil...I agree that abortion is evil, and LGBT is morally wrong, but to call mandatory Kindergarten and super weed evil is a stretch in my book. You did not answer any of my questions...about California? About where you live, or agree that it is democrats/radical progressives, who live everywhere that are responsible...To denigrate a city or state is to insult any conservatives who need or have chosen to live there. Again, your facts are not accurate...Many if not all the things you state have are not laws in IL...and there are groups fighting like Illinois Family Institute... Sorry but I think you are stereotyping and using term evil waay too much and historically that never ends well. But you are welcome to continue.I feel I have spent time attempting to provide a different perspective which has had no effect. Kraft was incorporated in IL in 1909...At a time that the state was controlled by Republicans—as I said for decades GOP controlled with a lone Dem term here and there. If you get out of Chicago, the rest of the state is red...good people, who usually vote GOP. Frankly I get tired of people stereotyping that a certain state is evil or the people living there deserve destruction as some posts here indicate. Is California evil? Well that is where FR is headquartered...Yet I see the posts that some Freepers would like an earthquake to sink the state...Same for NY—home of our President and home to some of his family members. Deerfield, Kraft HQ, is so close to Wisconsin, maybe we should be looking at that state as good vs. evil...After all, they elected a democrat governor in 2018... You state that IL is evil...I would agree that the pro-abortion legislation is very evil, and many pro-life groups and churches are joined in the fight to stop any legislation from going forward... However, I think it is mis-characterization to call the other things you cite as evil...They are not good, but to classify as evil? I think that the word “evil” should be reserved for a select number of actions lest it be overused.... BTW, SB2075 has not yet passed—compulsory kindergarten. Neither has the “super weed” legislation. Sadly, but true, many of these initiatives you list are being implemented in other states besides IL. I had a friend who left IL due to the politics, etc. I was with them when we were confronted by anti-Trump protesters at a rally in Chicago in 2016. They moved to Georgia...Guess what? The GA honeymoon is over, and they now agree that there are problems in every state and community including theirs... So once again, I would ask you to reconsider your stereotyping. Just because a person or company is located in a dem state does not make them inherently “evil.” People and corporations are evil on their own merits. If you live in a red state, be on watch, because dems’ mission is to flip red states blue...
