Do you really think the Land of Lincoln has some monopoly on evil? All the evil are living in IL vs. IA, WI, or IN? The land itself is evil? It is not Illinois that is evil, Maudeen, it is democrats and secularists who have moved/live here. Do you live in IL? IF not, do you have any democrats or non-believers where you live? There is no heaven on earth.
You state that IL is evil...I would agree that the pro-abortion legislation is very evil, and many pro-life groups and churches are joined in the fight to stop any legislation from going forward...
However, I think it is mis-characterization to call the other things you cite as evil...They are not good, but to classify as evil? I think that the word “evil” should be reserved for a select number of actions lest it be overused.... BTW, SB2075 has not yet passed—compulsory kindergarten. Neither has the “super weed” legislation.
Sadly, but true, many of these initiatives you list are being implemented in other states besides IL. I had a friend who left IL due to the politics, etc. I was with them when we were confronted by anti-Trump protesters at a rally in Chicago in 2016. They moved to Georgia...Guess what? The GA honeymoon is over, and they now agree that there are problems in every state and community including theirs...
So once again, I would ask you to reconsider your stereotyping. Just because a person or company is located in a dem state does not make them inherently “evil.” People and corporations are evil on their own merits. If you live in a red state, be on watch, because dems’ mission is to flip red states blue...
