My sense has long been that we have LOTS of old missiles that have been getting stale and ready for rotation.
Each event where an innocent American gets stabbed, exploded, beheaded, or whatever...that should result in some dusty shythole city being vaporized.
After a half-dozen cities in Muslim countries are reduced to dust...they might start to get the point.
