The problem being that these are in some cases “suspected”, the BSA did not always do investigations, there were no criminal investigations in many cases, and nobody ever got to defend themselves against possible false charges.
Now, every person who managed to fall onto this list is going to be labelled a child abuser, even those who had some boy who was mad about something make up a story about them.
I think there were serious problems, but that doesn’t mean that all the names on here were actual perpetrators.

If such a list has been released, where is it? The Boy Scouts would certainly be sued into oblivion for intentionally releasing a list of men who were accused of abuse, but who had not been tried and convicted.

The future of the BSA appears to be lawsuits.
They set the trap for their two biggest enemies, first the Catholic Church, now the Boy Scouts. They convinced them to invite homosexuals in, then they smash them over the head when the predictable crap hits the fan...sued into oblivion.
Are they investigating the Girl Scouts?
