Most of these leftists firmly believe that charity is part of the problem. Gov’t is the only legitimate provider of services. Everything else is tainted by “agendas”, or restraints upon recipients. And all those charitable donations ought to be made to the Feds.
Most leftists have at least some agenda to marginalize if not end charitable activities.

I saw a clip of Beto’s explanation. It appeared to me that the crowd, generally, was viewing the explanation as being as phony as Beto is. The crowd was just looking down the stairs on him with blank stares.
Tucker Carlson’s commentary last night about “Beto” now being a ‘political has been’ is worth watching. It was partly semi-satirical, which made it more enjoyable.
Is this a cheap shot at all that really served this country and those that lost their lives for American Ideals?
