The Ah-Ha moment in pursuit of answers arising from limiting Reparations to Mexico and elsewhere.
In America, one has to start at the beginning, that being the Preamble to the Bill of Rights where it is stated We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. This statement has often been confused with the 5th Amendment to the Bill of rights which says (paraphrased)
nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation. Note the subtle difference from the preamble to the 5th amendment, which lacks the pursuit of happiness. +++++++++++++++++ This all spins around a rather heated conversation with an impassioned, and perhaps arrogant illegal alien, stating that they disagree with preventing them from shipping monies back to Mexico to help their parents and family. As the soft hearted Americans we tend to be, we understand this sentiment, but do so without seeing the wider, and sometimes nefarious broader part of the story. The attitude conveyed is that its their money and they can do whatever they want with it and its nobody elses business. This fails on two immediate premises. One they are illegal aliens, earning monies illegally, not paying taxes on that money, and secondly that they can do whatever they want with it. In the broader picture, you cannot fund mercenaries, buy illegal drugs, hire killers, or any of a host of illegal activities, even if its your money. Also you cannot ship ill-gotten gains outside of America, robbing it of fair taxation, for the purpose of funding illegal activity. The Ah-ha moment in this conversation was when we stepped back from our humanity and took a hard look at whats really going on. Have you, as the read ever considered how poor people, oppressed people who are dirt poor, seem to be able to afford thousands of dollars, to pay for Coyotes (paid human traffickers) to get them to the US southern border? Put that to the original complaint by illegals that they have the right to send money anywhere they want to, and its none of our business. This again fails on several points. One, they have no rights as illegal aliens within the US, the monies are illegally earned with no taxes paid, and they cannot spend monies to finance illegal activity. It is my opinion that the Trump administration knows this, and is stopping the finance of people illegally being transported thru Mexico to the US to illegally enter the US at our Southern border. As we have told our children, they have the right to pursue happiness, but nobody but themselves has the obligation to achieve it or maintain it. I have no problem with legal residents funding the legal immigration of Family members, none at all. But it is a far cry from what is going on today, and I think that we have got to get a thicker skin when dealing with this illegal activity. The end game is that if we can stop the financing from within America of illegal migration thru our Southern Border, and elsewhere, we can then perhaps stem some of the migration. If those earning illegal monies within the US can no longer fund bringing family, and others into the US thru illegal peoples and means, some might go home, certainly, as the wall gets built, and the US gets tougher on the illegals within our borders, we can send home to their nations of origin, those people who do not deserve to be here illegally, and give those who play by the rules a quicker timetable to become legal citizens.

Many will disagree, but I believe that some of those here illegally are "keepers". The problem is separating the wheat from the chaff and spreading the chaff on the fallow fields of their countries of origin.

I think this is important, too. For reasons I don't understand, today's Snowflakes seem to think everyone owes them something. I guess it's the Participation Trophy mentality. When I watch TV ads and hear the word "deserve", I cringe. You don't "deserve" anything from anyone.

It seems in the ‘poor’ countries the average family size is 8 kids and none in C.A. look malnourished. Cell phones are used EVERYWHERE in the 3rd world. How do they afford the $100USD bill per month? This shows how badly US citizens are ripped off by globalist corporate cartels.

My wording of the preamble to the Bill of rights was the result of not knowing what to call the words before in my google search, perhaps a forward? What would you call it?
There is a Preamble to the Bill of Rights, in addition to the Preamble to the Constitution. It is not usually printed with modern printings of the US Constitution.
Google it, and the reason will be obvious.
'Preamble' is the correct word, but "we hold these truths to be self-evident' is the preamble to the Declaration of Independence, not the Bill of Rights.

Let's step it up one more notch: Illegal immigration is growing. No, I mean the "business" of illegal immigration, the actual transportation of people from their home countries to the US. Now there's the "conveyor belt" where you ride in style in buses with free meals and A/C. Everything's included (fake documents), bribes paid to local gangs and corrupt officials along the way. They even hire a guy who picks you up on the US side and a safe house to stay in.
And who's providing this service (for a hefty fee, of course)?
The cartels - the same folks selling drugs to your kids and funding MS-13 in your neighborhood.
That's where this money is going...
