Highlight Clip – Jared Kushner with Laura Ingraham a few hours ago

‘In Florida More Ex-Felons Register as Republicans than Democrats’

Jared Kushner: One statistic that I found very pleasing is that, in Florida they passed a law that former felons can now vote. We’ve had more ex-felons register as Republicans than Democrats and I think they see the reforms…

Laura Ingraham: Woah, woah… You’ve had more ex-felons register as Republicans than Democrats?

Jared Kushner: That’s the data that I’ve seen. I think that will surprise a lot of people.

This doesn’t look poor and vague to me:

BALLOT TITLE: Voting Restoration Amendment

BALLOT SUMMARY: This amendment restores the voting rights of Floridians with felony convictions after they complete all terms of their sentence including parole or probation. The amendment would not apply to those convicted of murder or sexual offenses, who would continue to be permanently barred from voting unless the Governor and Cabinet vote to restore their voting rights on a case by case basis.

ARTICLE AND SECTION BEING CREATED OR AMENDED:
Article VI, § 4.

FULL TEXT OF THE PROPOSED CONSITUTIONAL AMENDMENT:

Article VI, Section 4. Disqualifications.—

(a) No person convicted of a felony, or adjudicated in this or any other state to be mentally incompetent, shall be qualified to vote or hold office until restoration of civil rights or removal of disability. Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, any disqualification from voting arising from a felony conviction shall terminate and voting rights shall be restored upon completion of all terms of sentence including parole or probation.

(b) No person convicted of murder or a felony sexual offense shall be qualified to vote until restoration of civil rights.

(b c) No person may appear on the ballot for re-election to any of the following offices:
(1) Florida representative,
(2) Florida senator,
(3) Florida Lieutenant governor,
(4) any office of the Florida cabinet,
(5) U.S. Representative from Florida, or
(6) U.S. Senator from Florida

if, by the end of the current term of office, the person will have served (or, but for resignation, would have served) in that office for eight consecutive years.

I’m a defense lawyer and spend a LOT of time in jails and prisons and surprisingly a lot of my clients and other people happen to be right-leaning. I always thought it was strange myself, but I at least have some anecdotal evidence to support it. My federal clients obviously like what Trump is going on prison reform.

For some reason I just don’t believe it.

I don't know, I haven't seen the data. I did see the celebration with the ex-cons in the Oval Office yesterday, mostly black cons and all will be pubbies and will convince their families to do the same.

Getting a convict out of prison, will make an immediate impact on how that person thinks of the President and his party.

You think the black convicts didn't want obummer to get them out early? What did obummer do for them?

Nada!

We had bikers for Trump, now we have ex-cons for Trump. Once we get the putas for Trump, he's a lock.

Regarding Democrats voting for least-favorite conservatives in the politically correct primaries to increase chances of Democrats winning on election day, please consider the following.

Not only did the states clearly give up their power to make “winner-take-all” laws for electoral votes when they ratified the 12th Amendment (12A) imo, state “winner-take-all” laws concerning electoral votes therefore unconstitutional, but consider another major constitutional problem with primaries and 12A imo.

Neither does 12A support the current practice of nominating constitutionally undefined political party favorites in likewise constitutionally undefined primaries. In fact, 12A indicates that election day ballots are 100% write-in candidates imo.

Excerpted from the 12th Amendment: "The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President [emphasis added], and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate; …"

Power-hungry Democrats must have invented the primaries to screw Republican voters, corrections, insights welcome.

Patriots are reminded that the political parties exist to control state powers that the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification feds have stolen, and continue to steal, from the states, including stealing state revenues uniquely associated with state powers by means of unconstitutional federal taxes.

“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, but will promise to work with Trump to surrender stolen state powers back to the states.

”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

Remember in November 2020!

MAGA!

My son is an ex-felon. He watches COPS all the time and hates liberals.

So there’s that.

I think the FL senate knows what it can do.
And the FL SC is conservative now too .
I have no idea what the NY slimes was spinning since the Fl SOS has stated they are waiting on the FL legislature to move forward .
But the Slimes lies .

Holy crap, where to start on the scumdum?

How about his being a liberal Democrat using his SIL position to weasel his policies — and those of his Israeli/Chabad godfathers — into his FIL’s admin?

As for creepiness, how about one of the all-time bad businessmen in America (managing to torpedo his billionaire family’s real estate fortune with perhaps the single-worst RE deal in history, venturing out to buy and then have to bury a local paper, and needing corrupt foreign-power bailouts to get out of it?

Then going on this beyond puff-piece, apologist interview, creepily blinking your eyes every single second of the interview, pounding your weaselly little chest about how successful you’d been in business before riding your FIL’s coattails to power (see above), and then feeding us the BS that he hasn’t massively sold out the country with his pushing through Obama’s bill for early prison release of many violent offenders?

What, pray tell, is there to like?

Oh, and this smuggest punk on TV also needed his dad to pay Harvard off over $2M to get them to take this scion of privilege.

Blacks are over represented in prison. Black males vote in excess of 80% Dem. I call BS on Kushner.

He and his wife made beautiful children.

You really hate the guy. Did he beat you out of your chance to date Ivanka?

What kids aren’t cute? And what does that even mean as a defense to a scumbag working against the interests of the country?

And no, no Ivanka for me either. As fake and vapid as they come. Deluded enough to think she can ride Daddy’s coattails to the presidency, while she uses his presidency to schmooze with every power broker in the world.

And after lots of plastic surgery, she still has an unfortunate mouth, chin and lower jaw.
