The USA was set up as a republic, appears to believe and to act as though we are a democracy, and here is aquote:

I’ve said this before and I still think we may see this trend develop in the West.
The Leftist/Progressive adopts/Converts to Islam.
They are natural allies on many levels.
Both reject Truth and Science.
Both seek to destroy Apostates and retain adherents through terror.
Both are totalitarian.
Both advance their ideology through victimhood.
The Left is desperate for something Sacred to coalesce their followers.
Islam needs a political foothold in the West.
If Islam were to relax their LGBT stance and adopt an environmental Justice stance, the conversion of the Left will be assured.
i’d say we are somewhere between apathy and dependance (closer to dependance)

The cycle is inevitable, and irreversible. Why? Because of man’s sin nature - which is only dealt with through salvation by the Lord Jesus Christ......with the sad caveat that most Christians continue to live like unbelievers, and their outward lives cannot be distinguished from those of unbelievers........and most church’s are the small kingdoms of little men who have the same spirit of Diotrephes..........
