Yeah, Hickenlooper is no longer an unknown. He has made himself a very well known CREEP with this story.

They only watched it “for the commercials”. LOL.

That isn’t weird... That is beyond weird and well into the realm of depravity.

HoooBoy! My imagination just went into hyperdrive. Had to change my coffee for a club soda to save my breakfast.
In a theater full of creepy guys in raincoats where would you and your mom sit?

Takes the Oedipus complex to new levels.
What did he and Mom do when they got home?
Did they turn down the lights and put on “The End”?

I had to look it up to confirm, and maybe it was just a simple mistake on his part, but:
Hicken-bop-her was born in '52. The movie was released in '72. He says he was 18. That is not correct, but IMHO makes it just a tad bit worse, in that a teenager takes his mom to see that?.

This reminds me of the scene in “Taxi Driver”, where Travis Bickle takes Cybil Shepherd’s character to the “movies” and doesn’t have a clue as to why she’s upset and walks out.
This guy must have some serious nuts and bolts missing. He has no business in government. I’d go so far as to question his being involved with the general population.

And did he also take his 70-year old great-aunt, who is also a nun, to see "The Faces of Death?"
Regards,
