Hi lj,

I’ve always felt that if you; eat right, don’t drink, don’t smoke, get lot’s of rest and exercise, yo get six more years in an old folks home.
I have become, “pre diabetic” so I cut back on pasta, taters and sweets. Will that give me more or better years..?
I just want good years, if I can figure that out I would consider it a win.

Live. Love. Laugh!

Look at Trump - he never took any drugs, alcohol, smoked anything or even drank coffee. Gets up early, very regular habits. Picture of health and vigor. Also good genes, that helps tremendously.

But we can certainly utilize best what we are given by good health habits.

Sadly I had bad habits in the (long ago) past but going forward one can do better and feel better moderate aches, pains etc.

I read a newsletter recently that referred to a study of a product called Tumeric Forte, by Mediherb.

In this study no one with pre-diabetes who took Tumeric Forte, developed diabetes. None.

This product interests me because they combined Curcumin with Fenugreek seed in a way that makes it 35-200 times more absorbable than other curcumin products.

It even crosses the blood-brain barrier, and can remove plaques from the brain.

And of course, curcumin reduces inflammation, which underlies most common diseases.

We added it to our daily regimen.
