Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show was abruptly canceled Thursday night, with ABC offering no explanation for the last-minute move.
I don’t usually wander into prognostication territory, but it’s a weekend and the news is a bit slower so posts are usually lighter in nature. Do we think the FBI agent who placed the pipe bombs on J6 was a lone crazy, or part of a larger FBI op? She’s obviously a rookie or poor agent because she failed to process that there are cameras EVERYWHERE and individuals can be identified in many ways. I have no police training but I can identify a fellow-golf club member 2 fairways over by the way they walk. I can’t see any personal details from that distance (golf bag, face), but I know who it is by their gait and mannerisms. There probably isn’t a golfer who’s been a member for 5+ years at any club who can’t do that.
I’ll place my vote now and suggest she was part of a larger op, which is why she hasn’t been “caught” before now. The op leaders have been protecting her, which makes me wonder if we’re about to hear of her “suicide”. Poor girl.

There’s a study showing that Oreos lower cholesterol. Oatmeal lowers cholesterol. They’re BOTH equally unhealthy. Low cholesterol is a sign of poor health. Fatty red meat, egg yolks, saturated fat, these are all superfoods.
Insulin resistance causes arterial plaque. Sugar, carbs, grains…cholesterol is healthy. The higher, the better. RFK Jr. is going to try to mainstream this information. Those of us in Keto World have known this, but studies are beginning to sneak by the gate keepers. There’s a new study involving hyper mass responders on a keto diet and arterial plaque. It showed, even in hyper mass responders (people who’s cholesterol skyrockets on keto) that arterial plaque ACTUALLY REDUCED while on keto, with cholesterol levels way above “normal”:high numbers.
Meanwhile, if you want to be metabolically healthy, particularly as you age, get rid of the oatmeal, cereal, bread, seed oils, anything low-fat. Concentrate on high saturated fat red meat, egg yolks, all the stuff they told you was bad.
And for the love of God, STOP TAKING STATINS! Worry about your triglycerides, A1c, fasting glucose, and let the LDL and HDL fly.

I agree about the cholesterol fear.

Putting which in your morning coffee? Hawthorne or one of the guggulus? If you use milk or cream in coffee, it may curdle with the Hawthorne. I would encourage using one of the guggulus for a while to bring down cholesterol.
PS - Putting a guggulu into coffee wouldn’t probably diminish effectiveness at all but might taste very icky.
