[[The End of the Climate Hoax is Coming]]

No it isn’t coming to an end- no matter which way the wind blows- the left will always blame man- and demand man pay for the change, hot or cold-

No politician would give up that kind of control. Climate change is here, and will be forever. Empirical evidence, research, and science will not impact the religion.

I fear that you are correct.

I have been preaching to my family for well over 3 decades that the whole Global Warming - Climate Change supposed Issue is a scam. It is a scam. But it is, as you point out, a religion and one that will not go away easily if ever.

There’s no penalty for the government when they lie to us and there should be.

Always claiming it’s ‘science’, the academics and other con men want to put all objections beyond the reach of non-scientists

In the end, it’s faux science

The left are evil geniuses. They hook lined idiots to be believers of Socialism hiding behind the absolute fraud and scandal of “climate” politics. They may soon have enough “believers’ to win a good amount of elections (including POTUS),transform the government and stick a dagger into the heart of the nation.

Didn’t see anything in the posted excerpt that supported the headline. It looks to me like climate change is still going gangbusters.

Surely you jest.

The Left will not capitulate and see the errors of their ways with their favorite hoax, climate change. They won't just pick up their marbles and go home.

That's because none of this Green New Deal is about the climate or the environment or saving the planet for the children.

Climate change is a ruse to destroy capitalism, which conveniently runs on fossil fuels, and to replace it with socialism.

All of this is about the Left's long lost, utopian wet-dream, of their socialist revolution and the One World Order and globalism.

None these people care about climate change. They want to get rid of that evil capitalism. The famed economist, Milton Friedman stated (paraphrasing), that in the only cases in recorded history where the masses have been able to escape grinding poverty is largely with capitalism and free trade.

Which means, of course, that individuals are free to pursue their own ideas and ways. The Left does not like this. They want government control over people. Socialism is their answer.

The only science in climate change is political science, not physical science.

Climate change is not about "An Inconvenient Truth" that Al Gore tried to convince us of but a series of convenient lies to deceive the public.

So no amount of Trump trying to be fair and show them that their science is wrong, will stop them. That's because their goal is not climate change but system change.

And just in case you're not convinced yet, tell me how one of the tenants of this GND "to provide a living wage for those who are unwilling to work", sounds like nothing to do with climate change but everything to do with socialism?

I believe the failure of the AGW Gore followers is the denial of the scientific method itself.

“The discussion is over” is not only unscientific. It is a lie. The “discussion” has yet to start, and scientifically, it is never over with new evidence or argument.

“97 percent peer agreement”.... maybe within their bubble. There are many who disagree, and even if there is a majority, that does not make it scientifically proven, just as it didn’t scientifically prove the earth was flat in a consensus several hundreds of years ago.

Scientific method:
-Conjecture. State the idea.
-Hypothesis. Frame the idea in a positive or negative decision point.
-Theory. Present the idea with evidence, until replaced by a superior idea or evidence.

As a testament to the power of the popular media, if you ask most people (especially liberals) about Eisenhower's farewell address, they will spew three words: "Military-Industrial Complex." Furthermore, what little understanding they have of those words will be entirely out of context. In Ike's address given in January, 1961, he was speaking about the state of the world at the time, and articulated that unlike the build-ups to WWI and WWII, the US must be in a high state of readiness at all times, and the Military-Industrial complex was a necessity, with the caveat that it should be closely watched due to the potential for abuse.

What few know or will be able to discuss is that Ike also issued a corollary warning he regarded as being of equal concern which can far too easily see coming into play with the global warming scam. In Ike's speech he discusses the military industrial complex as a necessity:

"A vital element in keeping the peace is our military establishment. Our arms must be mighty, ready for instant action, so that no potential aggressor may be tempted to risk his own destruction...Until the latest of our world conflicts, the United States had no armaments industry. American makers of plowshares could, with time and as required, make swords as well. But now we can no longer risk emergency improvisation...we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions...This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience...We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to comprehend its grave implications...In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex."

But after his admonishment about the MIC, Ike also issued a like warning that has not been remembered and is directly relevant to the global warming scam/scare:

"Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.

In this revolution, research has become central; it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.

Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been over shadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.

The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded.

Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.

Breaking the government teacher’s union stranglehold on K-12 education is the only hope for our republic.
Bill Ayers’ real damage to our country came after he stopping building bombs. When he wasn’t executed or imprisoned for life, as he should have been, he burrowed, tick-like, into the willing host of academia.
That’s where the “fundamental transformation” started long before zer0 started his career in the bomber’s living room. It’s heartbreaking and infuriating to see kids who can’t add a column of numbers, who have no clue what the times tables are, or who are befuddled when they come across a word they haven’t memorized like a Chinese pictogram.

I dream of palm trees with coconuts on Washington’s 28 mile Long Beach Peninsula. The temperatures would be a balmy 85 degrees in February with surfing and babes in bikinis. All we have now is flying kites. I want to fish a huge Blue Marlin in shorts and a t-shirt.

Agree.

I had to read it several times as it made no sense—thought I missed some word to tie it together...

OR this one:

The solar cycles over the past 60 years have been higher than average for the 1150 year period data collection period.

Take out the first period.

Then read it as:

The solar cycles over the past 60 years have been higher than average for the 1150 year data collection period.
