Here’s what we know so far with the information that is publicly available:
Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee say John Huber still has not interviewed key witnesses and they want answers.
Mark Meadows (R-NC), Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Doug Collins (R-GA) sent a letter to special prosecutor John Huber on January 8th demanding answers by a January 21st deadline.
“Your investigation has been ongoing for over nine months. During the course of our extensive investigation we have interviewed more than a dozen current and former DOJ and FBI personnel, and were surprised to hear none of these potentially informative witnesses testified to speaking with you,” the GOP lawmakers wrote.
The Republican Congressmen then blasted Huber for being a no-show at the December hearing where Clinton Foundation whistleblowers Lawrence Doyle of DM Income Advisors and John Moynihan of JFM Associates testified.
“Further, last month, then-chairman Mark Meadows invited you to testify as a witness at the Subcommittee on Government Operations’ hearing ‘Oversight of Nonprofit Organizations: A Case Study on the Clinton Foundation.’ We were disappointed to learn from the department that you were not enthusiastic about testifying when declining the invitation.”
I cannot decipher/determine what is the truth in this Huber matter. I only know that in about a year of dithering the public has seen no evidence of anything. Apparently Congress has no more info than we do (if valid).
Thus anything in the public domain suggests this is a diversion or HUBER BUBBER IS A GIANT fizzle merely collecting a gobermint paycheck. Throw the swizzler out. Another of Jeffs buddys sucking off the poor taxpayers.
Not to worry. The faithful will be along any minute to assure us that Huber has been 'working hard behind the scenes', and that the 'stealth elf' set it all up to take out the deep state with 400,000 sealed indictments.

The major question in criminal subject matter jurisdiction is whether the charges are pursuant to federal or state law. If the charges allege a violation of federal Criminal Law, the defendant will be tried in a federal court that is located in the state in which the offense was committed.
Even the nuts have stopped making that stupid remark. When nothing ever comes to pass, as has been the case, most people are smart enough to keep their head down and disappear.
I heard Huber was up to a Gazillion super secret sealed indictments and will be dropped any day now.

The specific charge given to Huber was to report back in three specific issues. He was not assigned to investigate or prosecute anybody.
Easier to continue to believe the Big Lie than be humiliated and embarrassed to admit one has been duped, a useful idiot.

Rosen was a senior partner at mega law firm Kirkland & Ellis, where Barr worked. Rosen is currently in the Dept of Transportation.
