The long term problem with FL are the invasions from the 3rd world, Puerto Rico and NYC.
Florida Hispanics are the most conservative of any border state. Most of the newcomers are coming from South America, and they don’t want no stinking Sanctuary cities.
New Yorkers have been in South Florida for almost a hundred years now. And I know of no influx of Puerto Ricans.
