Just a question, but with so many minorities who apparently don’t have any form of state ID....how does one go and procure a legal gun with the background check requirement? If you can’t show a legal ID to vote....you can’t pass a background check...right?
And let’s face it, NY’s “stop and frisk” laws are really just gun control.
The basis of the decision is BEHAVIOUR, not the color of skin.

Yeah, if voter ID laws discriminate against minorities who can’t be expected to get ID, these same minorities will be deprived of their Constitutional right to own firearms if private sales are outlawed and all sales have to go through a dealer.
This is not an unintended consequence, just an unstated goal. DemocRats have always feared guns in the hands of Black citizens. It’s what the KKK was about, among other things.
I have pulled 7 guns off of 6 felons in the past two weeks. All of them stolen.
