When you installed the browser, did it prompt for your age range?
What is the result when you apply Ctrl+ (to zoom in, make the letters larger) or Ctrl- (to zoom out, make an image smaller)?
I assume that you are talking about web mail.
Pale Moon is tricky, used it a while back, went back to Firefox.
You really expected to get help? Every clown on this forum uses honest questions such as yours to highlight their silliness, idiocy. Everyone needs to be a primadonna, I thought FR was beyond it— it is not. Now watch the replies to this and see for yourself.
It has become pretty much standard with all browsers:
Hold down the Ctrl key and press the minus key to make text smaller. Hold down the Ctrl key and press the plus key to make text larger.
You could try this addon, I think it’s compatible with Pale Moon.

Otherwise, I’d suggest trying out Comodo IceDragon -

I’m sure I’m missing something..not sure how a new browser can change an email client font size
I assume Windows ?
do any other apps have enlarged font sizes ?
you might try the forums...

What is the email client ?
Hold the CTRL key down and use the scroll wheel on your mouse to change font size.
A few have mentioned ctrl+ and ctrl- for bigger and smaller. Use ctrl0 (zero) to reset to “standard”.
I installed Pale Moon.
as others have suggested it’s CTL + or CTL - for zoom in or out .
what I don’t know yet, is, where the zoom % is ( if there is one )
I really like Pale Moon, but Facebook and other online entities are always telling me to “update your browser” and some features won’t work at all. So I went back to Firefox.
I hate Firefox because it doesn’t open my “homemade” home page (an html page of oft-used hyperlinks located on my C: drive) in each new tab. I have to click the little house icon to open it.
Also, here lately, sites I visit, especially news sites and news blogs, tell me to turn off my ad blocker before I can see the content. I try to follow their instructions for disabling the ad blocker, but it never works. Irritating that I can’t see what I went there to read.
Click on the bars.
Click other settings.
Click appearance.
Click font size.
Did it change the font size only in your email, or across everything you go to?
Also, what email are you using? They usually have settings within the page for the email client.
A temp fix (if it’s just email) is to use the Ctrl-(+ or -) to size in and out, or you can press Ctrl and use your scroll wheel on the mouse.
