Where is Ruth Bader Ginsburg? Is she alive? On life support or doing push up’s and sit up’s with her trainer?
Who have we not seen her in public for over 30 days. Is she fit to handle her duties as a Supreme Court justice.
Rumors have her on life support. Is that truth or fiction.
At a minimum, I’d like to be able to see a Justice say, “I agree with this decision / I dissent from this decision”. I don’t especially mind if the clerks did the thinking and the typing. But if the Justice isn’t willing or able to say “I own it”, then it’s just some law student trying to run the country without permission.
It definitely is time for proof of life.
At least with cases like Kennedy (MA), Cochran (MS), McCain (AZ), and Johnson (SD), they weren't able to go to the floor and vote.
With a Justice, there is no guarantee that she's even guiding the writing of an opinion. Even if the clerks know what she wanted at the start, she's not there to give final sign-off and we have no proof that any sign-off provided would actually be from her if she makes no public appearance.
Heck, even hostages get the privilege of a photo with today's newspaper.

Maybe President Trump didn't cave on the wall after all.
I would rather have a new Supreme sooner and a wall later. And with a new Supreme there will be no second guessing of unilateral action on the wall.
Flu is bad this year -- people I know who have had recent lobectomies are avoiding crowds...

If she sees her shadow, does that mean we get 4 more years of Trump???
