Well, the book that they published with virtually the same title, a virtually identical cover, and a fake author name that is virtually the same with the stated purpose of tricking people into buying in lieu of the "real" book is low class and they deserve to get slammed for it. Sorry if you disagree.

They do not deserve to get taked down because they were on the right side in the sad puppies mess though, and their transgression above opened the door to that happening.
