The only thing that Jacques Cousteau really stole was that entire movie. David Niven was actually the star of the 1963 "Pink Panther" but Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau completely STOLE that movie from him despite having only a supporting role.

Must be a very dangerous person.
Otherwise they wouldn’t have sent a SWAT team to bring him in.

[Jacques Cousteau]
My grandmother used to call him Jack Kazoo.

I still haven’t seen any of those movies, even if I did watch the cartoons as a kid.
(I have to say, I did tire of them — and The Ant & the Aardvark — after a while.)

I really enjoyed Cousteau’s SCUBA scenes in that movie!

Mueller did Stone a service by giving him the courtesy of a pre-dawn raid featuring dozens of vehicles and scores of G-Men to take him down.
Heck, it took more to bring in Mr. Stone than they sent for Osama Ladin.
If Mr. Stone does go to prison, he’ll be heading to the penitentiary with one badass reputation, no one will mess with someone as dangerous as him. No one will mess with him.
