Reminds me of the Trump voters in West Virginia who keep voting for Joe Manchin because he has a good line of crap pretending to be conservative and either dont realize that a large majority in the senate has meaning or just doesnt care.

Might be the best thing that happened. From what I've seen of Matt Bevin, he would be wasting his talent in the U.S. Senate. He's an executive leader, not some dope who has any interest wasting his time in a legislative body.
Chris Christie was once asked if he'd run for the U.S. Senate after his term as governor ended. He said he'd find the Senate so grating that he'd probably walk into the Potomac River and drown himself after one day on the job.
