About time. The guy has been a disrupter for years, he (or she) gets banned every so often...and then comes back to disrupt again.
I’m not talking about somebody who rationally disagrees or simply doesn’t go with the flow - because I often disagree - but an attack dog with a sub-rational and somewhat indecipherable agenda.
