Is it state law in every state that busineses can refuse to allow it’s customers to follow the law?

State laws very. In Nevada, these signs have no legal standing. they could ask me to leave, then press trespassing charges if I don’t. That is all.

what I would like to see is places like this being required to show proactive security if they don’t allow self-protection. And be directly liable.

Private property. They can ask people not to carry if they want. The key work is “ask”
