[Check the angle of barrel to frame, sometimes they are not aligned on Taurus. The gap between the barrel and cylinder then is different from left to right and if too close on one side, it can jam when the gun heats up. Had that happen on my airweight and a judge. After a quick fix by the gunsmith it worked very well.]
My brother had a new Taurus 605 that jammed if you will on first 50 rounds. The internals locked up and had to be returned to Taurus for repair which they did. He still has the piece.
