Rest; fluids and the sent of the season — Vicks Rub. (Don’t forget to put it on bottom of feet too ). Hope you feel better soon. I finally took a trip to prompt med for antibiotic when chest started hurting. It’s a bad one this winter and the flu shot doesn’t help. It’s curious how it’s breaking out all over the world! Make one go hmmmm????????
